TOS of "Draake Vox"

When commissioning me, I will prompt you to read my Terms of Service, after which the document will be considered read by the commissioner.
This is NOT a legal document. It simply aims to make expectations clear between both parties.
When commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted the terms below.
Not reading the document does not exempt you from complying with it.

Ordering process:

- Once you have messaged me, I will assign you a free slot if there are any available.
If there are none, you may request to be put on the waiting list so you will take priority when there is an opening.
- After successfully claiming the slot, we will discuss the details of your order and the estimated price if it was not fixed beforehand.
- Before finalizing the order and locking in the slot, you may receive up to three watermarked concept sketches if needed.
- Following that, I will fix the final price and send you the payment information. I will only continue working after the full price has been paid in advance.
- The stages before completion are: rough sketch, clean sketch, lineart, coloring, and shading.
- During the making of your order, you will receive frequent WIP (work in progress) screenshots of your piece and will be asked for confirmation.
- Changes can only be made in the first two stages. A rough sketch is for establishing the composition; a clean sketch is for getting every detail on the canvas.
- I will only make changes after these stages if I was clearly at fault for missing key details.
- Once every stage (and thus your order) has been completed, you will receive all discussed versions, both clean and watermarked/branded.
- With that, your commission will be considered done and your order closed.

General information:

- Before payment, you have no right to use the watermarked concept sketches for any reason.
- I am free to use any discarded concept sketches for future commissions, YCHs, personal art, ect. The customer is not eligible for claiming YCHs based on discarded or not finalised sketches made for their original order. They may only claim these YCH slots for their original custom price.
- I always take the full payment in advance and only consider split payment for bigger orders that can easily be done in multiple parts.
- I take HUF, EUR, and USD via Revolut (preferred) or PayPal.
- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason without disclosing it.
- After payment, there are no options for partial or full refunds.
- After 30 days absence of the commissioner, the order will be considered closed and will be scrapped for other commissions.
- Since I'm doing art in my free time, I will not work with deadlines. I may only work with deadlines if it was discussed in advance.
- If my work on your piece is delayed, I will inform you of said delay.
- If and ONLY if I am unable to complete your order, I will refund the price of the unfinished stages.
- The copyright of the art is mine; you may not earn money from it (unless discussed beforehand), BUT you are allowed to sell the character rights (reference sheet and other art).
- I have the right to use the commission in my portfolio or for advertisement.
- You may only share the watermarked/branded versions anywhere. The clean versions are only for personal use.
- You need to credit me when posting my art.
- You are not allowed to post WIP art I send you for any reason.

- You must be over 18 to commission NSFW content. If it is proven you are underage, I will refuse the commission.
- You may not order NSFW content with other people's characters without their consent.

I do not accept any complaints after the order is closed.
